Human Intelligence Ventures Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (“Human Intelligence,” “we,” “us”), is the data controller for information collected through humanintel.net and related correspondence. You can reach us at hello@humanintel.net.

Information we collect

Correspondence. When you contact us by email or through the site, we retain the content of your message, your name, and your email address for the purpose of responding and maintaining the business relationship.

Web analytics. We collect basic, aggregate analytics data — page views, referrer URLs, and approximate geographic region — to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This data does not include personal identifiers. We do not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary for site operation.

We do not collect payment information, biometric data, or sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, to provide the services you have requested, to improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

Correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for two years following its conclusion. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not linked to individual identities.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@humanintel.net. We will respond within thirty days.

International transfers

Human Intelligence is based in Singapore. If you are located outside Singapore, your correspondence data may be transferred to and processed in Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
