Human Intelligence is a standards-publishing firm.

We publish HI-AAF — the Agent Assurance Framework — and we operate the discipline that makes the Standard a living thing. We operate from Seattle in the United States and Singapore in APAC.

We are not a regulator. We are not accredited by any government body. We are a category-creating firm: we recognized that no one was publishing a framework specifically for the assurance of AI agents in production, and we have done so openly so that the conversation can be had in the open.

We believe that trust in AI agents will not be solved by technology alone. It will be solved by the same discipline that makes other critical systems trustworthy: a published standard, third-party review, and a continuous practice of human oversight. That is what we do.
