Acceptance

By accessing or using humanintel.net (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Human Intelligence Ventures Pte Ltd (“Human Intelligence,” “we,” “us”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The HI-AAF framework

The HI-AAF (Agent Assurance Framework) is published by Human Intelligence. The framework text, including domain descriptions, control definitions, maturity criteria, and cross-framework mappings, is offered for review during the current draft cycle. You may read, reference, and discuss the framework freely.

However, use of the framework does not constitute a licence to claim compliance with, certification under, or endorsement by Human Intelligence or HI-AAF without a formal written assessment issued by Human Intelligence. Organisations wishing to represent their products or services as assessed against HI-AAF must engage Human Intelligence directly.

The framework name “HI-AAF” and the Human Intelligence name and mark are the property of Human Intelligence Ventures Pte Ltd. You may not use these marks in a manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or certification without prior written consent.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, data, graphics, the framework specification, and the arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of Human Intelligence unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted in these Terms regarding the framework text.

No warranty

The Site and all content, including the HI-AAF framework, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Human Intelligence does not warrant that the framework is complete, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors. The framework is a draft publication subject to revision.

Human Intelligence does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or that it will be free from security vulnerabilities.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on the framework, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Human Intelligence has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Human Intelligence’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).

Third-party references

The Site may reference third-party frameworks, standards, and organisations (such as NIST, ISO, OWASP, and AICPA) for informational and comparative purposes. Such references do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or any formal relationship with those organisations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
