Maintenance is the ongoing arm of HI-AAF. HI continuously reviews the agent's behavior in production through the runtime layer (Bobby) and the human review queue. Quarterly findings document drift, incidents, and corrective action. Maintenance is what distinguishes a real assurance program from a one-time stamp; it is the discipline that makes the Letter of Assessment defensible at any later moment.
