Assessment.

The formal evaluation of an AI agent against HI-AAF, conducted by Human Intelligence assessors and concluding in a published Letter of Assessment.

Assessment is the formal HI-AAF evaluation. Across four to six weeks, Human Intelligence assessors examine evidence against all nine domains, observe the agent in production, interview the operating team, and conclude with a published Letter of Assessment stating which controls are met, which are partially met, and which are not met — together with the maturity level achieved. The Letter is the artifact customers share with their enterprise buyers.
