The Workshop engagement is the entry point. Across two days with the customer's engineering, product, and risk leads, HI facilitates the articulation of agent intent, the boundary of acceptable behavior, the failure modes that matter, and the evidence that would satisfy a downstream enterprise reviewer. The deliverable is a written Engagement Charter — a one-page document that becomes the input to every subsequent stage.
