Readiness Review is a structured pre-assessment. HI walks the customer's agent through each of the nine HI-AAF domains, flags the gaps, and returns a written readiness opinion: which domains the agent is likely to clear on first attempt, which require remediation, and the rough scope of remediation work. The Readiness Review is the lowest-risk way to enter HI-AAF — it does not result in a published assessment and may be repeated as remediation proceeds.
